“Very easy app for the technician to use out in the field. The “back office” set up of customers is straightforward and easy for us non computer literate people to do, uploading it is a doddle. The customer portal is very good, it allows the customer to easily access all the info an auditor requires. Auditors are happy with it.I have used four other apps like this in pest control and this in my opinion is the easiest and best to use.”
